really strange looking... some times 3090ti less loaded on x3d cpu and show 20% more FPS? How can it be? I Understand that fast CPU can provide more work for GPU to show more FPS, but what I see on this test is completely wrong.

This channel is suspect. Many of their videos don't show accurate statistics. I would be cautious of trusting the metrics. Also why test out CPUs at 4K. 1080p would be better.
