Where i live apparently i can get an i7 14700k about 20% cheaper than the 7800X3D so yeah i'll be sticking to intel

I got my i7 14700k for 300 bucks so going intel this time for the first in 8 years

14700k is 399€ and comes with 5 year extended warranty while 7800X3D is 539€. I'd say intel is not too bad choice. :)

Will pick i7 147000kf just because its 300$cheaper in canada ryzen 7 is 800$ca dollar and i7 is 500$ not worth to spend 300$more

Intel CPUs have literally no upgrade path lol. You can always upgrade to Ryzen 9 7950X 3D and in the future the 8000 Series processors too.

Power efficiency is way better on 7800X3D

I would still go the 14700k I dont care about upgrading rly I will use that CPU/PC until it can't run my games and then am5 is most likely dead
