I choosed the 13600k and used the 200$ savings (in my country) for a 4080 instead of 4070 ti. On 4K the difference is almost nothing.

The 7800X3D performs better as expected, but considering the 13600K is a lot cheaper, it actually does really good for what its supposed to be.

in 1440p and 4k the difference in terms of fps is not that high

I went back to Intel . My 7800X3D on Warzone DMZ maps were taking huge fps dips on certain parts of the maps on 1440p .

From what i see the 7800x3d only really shines at 1080p i play at 1440p so i will get 13600K 💯130.- cheaper in my country too.

If you take into consideration that the i5 13600k is better for workloads and its cheaper than the 7800x3D.

So not only is 13600k is significantly cheaper, not only does it have stronger performance for any application besides gaming, but for me, a 4K gamer, there is basically no difference between them at that stage? Yeah, I'm happy I went with Intel. But still, AMD is incredible. If ONLY for gaming, I would have def chosen AMD, if they were the same price, and weren't into 4K

Awesome 13600k is faster everywhere except for some games and it's not worth overpaying twice for 7800X3D)))

13600k better value and better all around cpu. I went 7800x3d for future proof. Plus my rig is strictly a gaming pc that lives under my tv .

Why would you get a £2000 GPU just to play a game on a 1080p monitor? Unless you do esports the extra CPU cost seems a bit pointless.

been really happy with the 13600k however with recent oxidation concerns with all 13 and 14th gen intel cpus I'm just going to amd for now as mine has crashed a few times now due to video errors which is appearently not a gpu issue it's the cpu sympton of going out So glad to see it's a bit better of an upgrade to bad intel fumbled this with 2 generations
