Thank you for including 4k! I have a 5800X3D and 4090 and was pretty certain that because I am at 4k there is literally no point upgrading since I am GPU bound. This appears to mostly be true other than Spiderman, which I don't care about anyway. Definitely will hold out for another generation and save my money!

Honestly I’m glad I got a 5800x3d when they first came out I’ve been fine with it ever since. Also it doesn’t bottleneck my 4080 super so I haven’t seen any need to upgrade to the next platform. Unless the 5800x3d starts getting utilized a lot more in the next few years then might have too but until then it’s a champion right now for am4 users.

Thanks for some 4k comparisons. So basically, if you like playing games at 4k as I do, then there's isn't much point in upgrading from 5800x3d to a 7800x3d for the minimal gains achieved.

hi, I bought in march the 5800x3D cause in comarison of te 7950x3D was not much in 4K / 5K gaming and VR ! here too, I use ONLY 5k gaming and the diff is not much. I love the 5800x3D, power for my VR Glass. Thanks for the video !

Idk man 16 fps gained in 4k from a cpu is pretty big. Thats like a gpu upgrade. 3080 to 3080 ti.
