Fantastic work! Thanks for sharing. Glad to see you experimenting with the bifilar coils. They store a lot of energy as you have shown. Great you are doing this with a student (soon to be expert) also ;) I suppose if you made 3 or 4 more large wheels like this one and connected each stage in parallel, it would increase the charge rate to the level of running appliances? I would suggested a decent fast bridge rectifier -> hv solar charger -> supercap bank -> inverter setup.
