and this is unfortunately the only Video that I have found of it.
One Russian guy claimed, the inventor was killed, so I don't know if this is true,
but if someone will find other videos about it ,

News flash, as a motor control technician, there is no electrical motor that can spin without AC current or a commutator. This is absolutely not a generator but a motor and there is definitely electricity being applied.
