✅This video along with the ones of posted already about fight week nutrition & water loading need to applied along with this strategy to help you achieve the weight needed..

3️⃣Sweating the remaining amount of water can be done with a sauna, hot tub and or exercising! I used the hot tub because I can control my body temp better do to the ambient air around me, decrease chance of overheating and if I’m getting to hot I can stick my long limbs out of the water to allow evaporation to occur and cool myself down. You will want to stay in the tub for 10-15 mins..

🌯After you have a sweat going you will want to wrap yourself to trap the heat and continue sweating! You should use ice on your face and put some in your mouth if you find yourself getting a little hot. Again aim for 10-15 minutes or if you notice you aren’t sweating anymore..

⏲️This process can continue until you achieve the 3–8% of kg lost. If you find yourself over heating then I would recommend taking a break with a cold shower and or placing some ice around the arm pits and groin area..
