Usually for girls once there is an onset of menstruation after 2 years the height cessation stops. So the maximum height is within the 18 years of age group. For that genetic predisposition for a short height you can’t do much about it. raise your arms up high and lift your ankles, do this every 5 mint in every single hour and also every day before sleeping and when you wake up the first second do this exercise. my aunt is a doctor she told me to do that last 5 months i was 4.9 and now after 5 months i am 5ft i will keep doing this exercise until i am 25 years old.
