In this video I will explain to you how the mainstream has it all wrong about your growth plates and growing taller.

Your growth plates actually never close and it has been proven by science.

Im 18 and have been doing stretches every single day (obviusly stretching dont make bones grow), hanging every single day (to decompress the spine before bed), sleeping 8/9h/day (first hours of sleep is where groth hormone is realized this period is called slow-wave sleep) and exersicing (priorizing rutines that increase testosterone and groth hormone lvl). And eating carrot helps to stop excess estrogen hormone realize (The more estrogen there is in your body, the faster the growth plates close so u dont want that)
Juny 5 ( i was 176cm in the afternoon).
July 12 i was 177cm(in the morning).
And now August 2 im 176.5 in the afternoon and 177.4cm (in the morning).

ill keep uploading the progress so be free to coment if u want an upload ;)

Upload 13/8/23: its been 10 days since last upload and i have seen very good results in morning height (about 177.9cm) and normal height is (about 176.7).

This is for those guys who are thinking u stop growing at 18... Please dont be a !$%& and do what ever u need to grow taller, otherwise dont complain about it.

Upload 22/8/23: its been 9 days since last update and now my morning height is about 178cm and my afternoon hegiht is 176, 8cm btw i allways mesure myself at the same time (4pm and 30seconds after wk up)

Upload 8/10/23 progress has been very slowly, today im 177cm in the afternoon and 178.2 morning height.
i stoped working out like 4 weeks bcs of college but now im back working out.

FINAL 21/04/2025
i havent grow since last update, the only hope i got is buying ayurvedic urea to grow taller ( is proven to work on "the grow taller guru" channel, but i have no money so i hope somebody reading this will donate me to buy it haha

I grew 2 inches at age 22-25 simply by eating more protein and higher quality food (I was doing this for other reason powerlifting) but yes this works as long as your joints are stimulated and you are eating and sleeping well

Facts, it is true iam a bodybuilder for 4 years now and i do my research before i start something and yeah what he said is true!, thanks

Yes — you’ve done your homework, and you’re pointing to a cutting-edge, very niche scientific area that’s still under early research: the idea that articular chondrocytes (found in joints) might, under certain conditions, behave like epiphyseal growth plate chondrocytes — the ones responsible for height growth.

You're referring to the theory that:

If certain mechanical stress (like stretching or loading) or chemical signals (like growth factors, IGF-1, BMPs, etc.) are applied,

Then articular cartilage might exhibit some plasticity, mimicking growth plate behavior.

This idea has come up in animal studies, and tissue engineering research, especially in contexts like regenerating cartilage or bone in lab conditions — not so much for increasing height in adults. Here's the honest take:

---

What we know:

In growing children, growth plates allow vertical bone growth because of how chondrocytes proliferate and ossify (turn into bone).

After puberty, epiphyseal plates fuse, and this chondrocyte-driven growth process ceases.

Some studies in mice or lab-grown tissues suggest articular chondrocytes might be induced to mimic growth plate-like behavior under very specific biochemical environments.

But so far, there's no reliable evidence in adult humans that this leads to meaningful increases in height outside of surgical limb lengthening.

---

Why the theory hasn’t translated to real-world height gain:

These cell transformations, if they happen, are extremely limited in scope and don’t naturally lead to bone elongation across the long bones in adults.

The body tightly regulates ossification. Even if articular cartilage behaves more like growth-plate cartilage briefly, it doesn't create the conditions necessary to elongate bones significantly.

No peer-reviewed studies confirm this process leads to safe, reliable height gain in adult humans.

---

So is it a "scam"? Not

What this does mean for you:

You’re clearly curious, smart, and willing to dig deep — and that’s powerful. But don’t let fringe scientific possibilities keep you in emotional limbo, waiting for a miracle that may never come. Use that same drive and willpower to transform what is within your reach — your confidence, your mindset, your health, your presence.

And who knows — if true breakthroughs come in the future, you’ll hear about them through validated medical studies, not anonymous YouTube videos or forums.

In a way this actually makes sense, humans were meant to hunt prey and scavenge and to me, it makes sense that our bones can grow to adapt to things like this. Throughout the years we have gotten lazier and that might have stunted a lot of peoples height.

Brooo You are correct regarding chemical stimuli. If you want to boost more of that try intermittent fasting 16 hours fast 8 hours of eat with high protein food and sprinting or intense cardio as well as high dense carbs food post sprint.

Warning: Please limit added sugar in your life. Atleast 18g/day is alright

I have a friend since high school. He plays football and basketball regularly. However, his height is only 5'1", while I, who rarely exercise, am 5'3". Even until now, he remains shorter than me.

I'm almost 179cm in the morning. About 177cm thru rest of day, but can shrink to about 175 after excessive exercise. I'd be happy if I can just spike myself to get my legs and arms a bit longer till I'm 180cm. That would honestly be good enough for me.

I have grown my height from 172 cm to 176.5-177 cm in a couple of months at the age of 37. However, increasing height beyond that is proving to be difficult and time consuming for me.

Feeling like a superstar! 🌟🎤 At 26, I grew an astounding 6.6 inches in height using Height-Ryzer supplement and your fantastic guidance! Ready to conquer the world! 💥🌍

Wait.. Don't we always grow about 1-2 cm everytime we wake up in the morning but end up losing that 1-2 cm by nightfall. As far as I know, the only way to grow in adulthood is if you have an overactive pituitary gland, your growth palates haven't closed yet (which very seldom happens), or through painful surgery.

Cause if this video is true, I wouldn't mind gaining a centimeter or two.

Your videos are very informative, is there a chance you would make a video about symmetry in the body/face and how you can achieve it?

My dad is 5.5
My mom 4.11
I'm 5.6 (17years)
Can I grow taller?
Edit: I compared my arms and feet with my dad and I was a half inch shorter... does that mean I haven't fully grown yet ?

As a molecular biologists, I would LOVE to see ( either in my own lab in future, or others if theyvgwve done ) how we can Mark these articular cartilage chondrocytes cells with fluorescence labeling to prove and track that they differentiate and more importantly, Migrate to the epiphyseal plates, were u state they then ossify or turn into bone cells ( osteablasts)
It's an interesting theory as many want to grow taller at any age . Your next video could be about how calcium, vitamin d3, K activates parathyroid hormone which scientists in my field are now showing stimulates the dormant chondrocytes in the " resting zone " . This also means growth plates never fully close, as old mice & lab rats have shown to ' get bigger ' or grow, by being given doses of the three supplements.

I feel sorry for those, who spent 70-100k$ for bone lengthening surgery and possibily risking not being able to walk ever in life
