A good way to fix this is doing exercises that target your glutes, hips and medial glutes. So going on the crotch blaster would actually help since weak hips is what causes your knee to cave in

Here's how to fix it guys:before you go all the way to working set, do warmup sets of 10-15 reps with free barbell.While you do them, try to spread the floor apart with your feet :)

How to fix - No it is not reduce the weight 🙄 - twist in with your heel into the ground, knees pointed out not straight which limits hips range of motion of course dont have your knees too far out whatever is most comfortable sitting to take a sh*t with the most stability

Most people have this happen to them because they try to lift too much. Compound lifts go up slowly and people are very impatient.

I've never seen anyone do that but if they are its probably subconscious and it's gonna take a lot of training to not do that.
