Fuck sake. Seeing your leg space made me feel better. Some days I can have a close in tight squat, other days I have no choice but to sumo like that. Seeing that made it better, 'preciate that, brother man.

I like that 5 second tip, it’s easy to bounce the wheight when it’s that light and your not really doing much activation with that

The shoes she is wearing are the double stack Converse shoes for women. Doesn't conform to a stable platform when squatting, tennis or Calisthenics (anything with sharp movements, because the foot will slide inside the shoes as the cushion gives). Don't get it wrong, you can use any shoe you'd like. Using an unstable shoe can actually help with a concentrated effort to use stabilizing muscles.

He’s exactly right, from the video footage you can see your maybe a little to wide feet apart but you can still allow your knees to bend forward and outward

Feet closer together, chest out, use your quads like a proper squat.

Im just should width apart. You’ll be naturally grounded. Even with the weight you’ll feel even more grounded.

I’ve had multiple knee injuries to my right leg. I’m really struggling to feel what I feel in my left leg. It’s like I’m unable to put the same amount of weight and balance in the leg I hurt. Hard to feel
