Yeah… I step out facing forward. I use the mirror infront of the rack for accurate depth… I also don’t get lost after taking 2 steps forward

I can squat a lot but soon as I squat my lower back pain gets crazy. Think my weak abs are the cause and breathing. I core loosens as I go deeper into my squat

Do you have any advice on building shoulder mobility for squats? I'd like to do squats but whenever I do them I have to hold the bar very wide or else my shoulders feel like they're gonna explode.

Mirrors are honestly not necessarily the best. Facing away from the mirror is better in some cases, especially if youre planning to compete in either weightlifting or powerliftinf
