This is fantastic. Came down with frozen shoulder in both shoulders, only to find that I had a bone spur that was preventing any progress in my right shoulder. Had ortho procedure. This video helped me utilize the Total Gym that I have (and unable to use until the procedure) and use it for my rehab and these motions are simply PERFECT. Thank you for sharing this.
