for medial delts to be worked correctly on this, lay back all the way on the board and then pull. the way he's doing side raises, though not totally incorrect, but he's also hitting his rear delts. to focus solely on side delts, do it how i (and the manual) described above. total gym probably does best for shoulders and abs. next is back and legs. chest, though the dip feature and pullover feature work chest great, the flies seem to be the weakest. the cables should be coming from the side of you at a wide angle, not from a narrow angle. it'd be nice if total gym had an extension to put on the tower at about 3-4 ft wide to wrap the cables through so you get a wider hit on the pec flies.
