I started using a pillow between my legs at night as previously suggested by Bob and Brad and my nightly hip pain went away!😊

Great advice, as always, gentlemen!
I started sleeping with a pillow between my knees since my Nurse Aide training in 1975 when I learned how to use pillows in patient positioning, especially for those patients who weren't able to reposition themselves. Am now a retired RN and still sleep with a pillow (not the same one😁).

My mother, who was a nurse and caregiver for 40 years, told me about this trick decades ago and I've done it since - it makes a huge difference in your sleep quality and your well being when you wake up in the morning

Could not agree with you guys more. A small pillow between my knees when sleeping is so much more comfortable. I also feel better when I put a small bolster under my knees when I'm reading in bed.
The both of you consistently give such good advice.

I started doing this a few days ago when I saw a previous video of them recommending putting a pillow between your knees if you arre a side sleeper. It has really helped. Thanks so much Bob & Brad! I'm a retired physician and I frequently recommend this channel to family and friends with various issues, and often search it myself.

I will try this tonight. I sometimes wake up with sore hips and a sore butt. This might be the answer to my problem. 😃

Hope you are feeling better, Bob.

You guys are great. You helped me with both vertigo and planters fasciitis over the years. You deserve an award. Thanks very much!!!

Yes, I've been using a knee pillow for many, many years and so well worth it as I have bad knees. 👍👍👍

I discovered to use my pillow under my knees whilst sleeping on my back or between my knees when on my side.
I can finally sleep without PAIN and lessens my hip/knee pain during the day! GREAT VIDEO!

💯! I have a long body pillow. Supports my knee from lower abdomen to ankle. Been doing it for years. Also when I roll over on my back…I put the pillow the length of my left hip to ankle. Take pressure off my lower back. (Compressed vertebrae).
