This has been a big problem, I have been propping way up because of acid reflux. I think I've reduced that problem by having my last meal earlier in the day, I can try to sleep on less of a pillow again. My arms, back and neck are all out of wack! Thanks for your help!

I have been waking up with weird back spasms or cramps several times every night for the past 4 months (since i stopped construction work and started working 10 hours a day on my improvised standing computer desk) i'm 34 and going to cry because I'm otherwise so healthy with working out and diet but i can never get a normal night sleep which i know is essential to health. i sleep on the floor and sometimes mattress with the same outcome. Its often crampy feeling on right side of back between belly button and chest area, or like last night i only had pain (enough to wake me up) in the back of my spine only, around lower chest level/height... do you know something i can do? starting today ill try your stretch recommendations after every 20 minutes of computer use

I watched another video of yours, it was the morning neck strech on the bed with pillow under myback last year and I think it contributed to hurting my neck and shoulders. perhaps it was something to do with my application of the technique.
