Basically an affiliate program. I like it. I have thought of this but I actually just hired an agent onto my team. First INITIAL client the agent brings in we split the closing deal amount 60-40 my way as the agent will still be learning so I will be handling most of the account. Any clients after this INITIAL client that my agent brings in it will be split 20-80 agents way. Client will be under my business and I will oversee accounts while agent manages and handles all account activity! Down for anyones opinions on this.
