I’m 28f, wet the bed nightly. Grateful for a supportive mom who helps if needed. Wearing diapers is the best solution for yourself and your bed. Also a waterproof cover. You’re not alone. People don’t like to discuss it.

Let's start a discussion thread here, guys. For me, it happens when I am in deep sleep and when I dream of pissing will I piss in bed. What upsets me is that it does not happen frequently enough to justify wearing Depends undergarments to bed. Now I might considering getting into the habit of doing it just for that rare one day per year when I make this mistake.

I stopped living with my parents, I hate it my mum always embarrassed me especially in front of my cousins, she told everyone that I'm a bedwetter it's so humiliating. I have been wetting the bed for 20 years. My parents beat me and abuse me all the time but i cant stop it. This issue has been really bothering me for a long time. I dont bedwet while dreaming i am in a toilet. I just sleep, bedwet and wakeup to the mess. It sucks there are no drugs, pills, or possible surgery to stop this. I also had this problem untill I was 15. It's so embarrassing. Every morning you wake up and found yourself in your urine smell, Ah! can't forget those days. It's the reason I was afraid to stay at my relatives house. The thought that l must not pee there at any cause ruined my whole night. People who haven't face this kinda problem will not understand that pain. They'll not even take a moment to insult you and point out your mistakes. In fact it's not your mistake, it's just a sleep disorder and your mind has no absolute control over it.
