Been taking this supplement for years along with many others. I’ve had a couple minor cold like symptoms during the winter months but my body alway bounces back after 24 hours. Since it’s so effective in today’s fight against you know what, of course they’re going to say it might be harming you.

4, 000 IU is probably too much - for a 1 year old kid! For a normal adult, it's probably 'about right.' Hell, you'll make up to 20, 000 IU or more just laying on the beach for a half an hour. People sun bathe all the time and you never hear about them keeling over sick from D toxicity.

*Let me translate for the people in the back*: take such a low dose that it won't improve your health and you can fuel hospitals and big pharma with your hard earned bucks.

You have to take Vitamin D3 with MK-7 with Vitamin K2, so it can redirect it into bones & teeth, instead of the blood/organs

I live in New England and have been vitamin D deficient (below 30) every time I’ve been tested.
I started taking supplements for
Lung health support with Covid concerns in the spring of 2020 after reading lots of positive reviews from medical professionals. I have been taking 15, 000 iu per day for the last 6 months and my vitamin D level is now 78 and I feel great.

2, 000IU of Vitamin D recommended for mostly everyone. 10, 000IU Vitamin D is completely safe. 100, 000IU not recommended.

Currently have covid. In 48 hours. I went from hell on bed to just a stuffy nose. I was taking 60, 000IU daily w Vitamin K2. I beat the pandemic in 48 hours? Yeah the government doesn’t want us too healthy

Gotta love fear-mongering docs with an authoritative tone of voice and hard body language - they taught (paid) her well...unfortunately it shows how easy it is to convey false truths and make people believe anything by way of a 2.30-minute clip on national TV.

I take 10, 000 to 20, 000 IUs a day!! It's only made me younger and stronger 😂😂😂

No toxicity up to 30, 000 iu !! This lady should look at the studies from Doctors that spent a lifetime researching and prescribing to patients. 400iu is a prescription for pain and suffering. I take 20, 000 iu myself and it relieved arthritis pain. No side effects !!

I just watch two different doctors on YT saying to take 10k IU per day.

this report fails to address that 70 - 75 % of 'us' are vitamin D deficient already. So the levels she is speaking of are very likely irrelevant. It takes a very long time to raise vitamin-D levels in the blood, as there are a number of absorption barriers such as high blood pressure, elevated body mass index, digestive imbalances, etc. So it is possible to take vitamin-D at 2, 000iu per day and not even raise your blood vitamin-D levels at all. The best advice is to have your vitamin-D levels checked to see which dose is a good supplement for you as an individual. It could range as high as 30, 000iu per day in some people, and even at that dosage could take 3 to 6 weeks to start correcting a deficiency. Again; You have to know where you are starting from, so the best thing is to have your vitamin-D levels checked to know for certain which dose is for you.
