Belinda is a veteran nurse and typical Filipina "auntie." She left the Philippines to work as a nurse through the AIDS epidemic, the Iran/Iraq War, and eventually at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, the center of New York's COVID outbreak. Despite living through enormous tragedy, somehow she remains upbeat, finding freedom through dance and friendship.

a powerful piece of content or video regarding the lives of healthcare workers, particularly nurses. My aunts are also nurses (retired), one in Canada and the other in the US. My aunts also experienced all the things mentioned by the narrator in the video, so I salute all nurses in the world for their unmeasurable dedication to the nursing profession.
