What is Bootstrap?

Is the most popular and most used front-end framework with HTML and CSS templates for UI interface elements such as buttons and forms. With Bootstrap you can build complex models in no time which is easy and customizable.

Why should you use it?

✅ Responsive grid - It has a responsive layout and grid system which dynamically aligns with screen resolution.
✅ Responsive images - It resizes based on the current screen resolution by adding a responsive class to it.
✅ Community - Being an open-source framework it has amazing support from the developers and contributors. This helps to use it widely without any trouble.

"What is boostrap?" "Basically an drag and drop nocode library/plataform.". When I learned bootstrap while was studying I basically felt useless. But It's pretty damn useful for freelancing

Well spoken. You were able to cover all the key aspects of bootstraps concisely. Please keep up the great work in conveying such meaningful information with all of these kinds of animation. 😊 it is enjoyable to watch as well apart from learning so many useful new topics.

I like how people always argue about customizability and the fact that you are limited... If you want to try to build the next big thing and want everything to be something "new" that was never built before than yes, maybe you should chose something else. But people will not give a fuck about how custom everything is. They will be like "oh, nice website", and then go grab a coffee and continue minding their own. If you want something useful that people will actually really use because they are used to the styling and they know generally where are the things and what they do, then you can easily use boostrap. It will fasten up the process and you can focus on the business logic instead of putting everything "to the mostly right place".

Meh, it's good for basic stuff if you don't want to focus on frontend too much. But if you want to create custom components and layouts, it gets in the way. If you use React, it's better to use MUI. If you want full customizability, Tailwind is the way to go.

Hey all, is there any project or a fork of Bootstrap which has the colors, buttons and animation of Matrialize UI? It's a pain to use 2 libraries when all I want is a few parts of Matrialize UI.

I'm a compete novice when it comes to forking any GitHub project so making my own fork of BS5 with Materialize UI parts is an impossible task for me.

I would use Materialize UI itself but it requires a lot of jQuery for some things BS5 does without a problem

Bootstrap is very not optimal but so many website were built using it, and that's the only reason to use it.. Tailwind is better, and baked CSS I'd infinitely better when you have enough xp
