Makes me think of Dr. Westin Price and his research. How cultures who ate butter and grass fed meats and organs were very healthy people to say the least

I'm so glad to hear that! 10 years ago a friend of mine was told by her Dr. To eat (I can't believe it isn't Butter) she's 82. My comment to her was, I'd rather push pencils in my eyes than eat that fake stuff. That dr. should be sued for malpractice!🙏🥁

This is so true...I've been doing Keto for a while and when I started consuming more organic/grass-fed ghee butter, I've experienced all these benefits: more blood sugar stability and weight comes off a bit more easily 👍🧈🙌🧈
