Excess Skin After Losing 100 Pounds

I keep trying to think of something profound to say in this moment but to be honest it's all just pretty overwhelming. I am equally nervous and excited, and also just emotional thinking about leaving this part of me behind.

I have worked so hard to not only lose weight but heal my mindset with food, I am just really looking forward to what this next chapter looks like for me (literally).

All I see is amazing. 100 lbs. That's amazing. I see weight is worry. Because I'm at the age where everyone has blood pressure issues and the worried about their doctor saying they're going to have diabetes and they got a relative who just died from something in the person was like between 50 and 65. So losing 100 lb is amazing. Congratulations.
