My tip would be hydration. Eat cucumbers, celery, watermelon, drink water. Keep your skin moisturized. And lose weight slowly.

Its mainly genetic, also how long youve been been fat. Best way is ti loose weight slowly as opposed to agressively to allow skin to adapt slowly overtime. Collagen would also help

He has autophagy, look at his eating pattern, he eats breakfast at around 11am, creates a 16/ 17 hour fast overnight.

Yes fill that loose skin with muscle mass it will look better depending on how much loose skin you have but stretch marks don't really go away ever.

One is burning calories
One is burning calories AND building muscles. So as you said building muscles is one way to combat loose skin, the autophagy from his fasting also helped as well I’m sure.

As a community, we shouldn’t throw out something just because there are previous studies that could disprove it. We should study it somehow and see if there is any merit to it, because I’ve found a lot of studies are mostly biased OR not all inclusive. So correct, but just a piece of the puzzle that may help some. Who’s to say there are not other pieces to the puzzle?

He was working upper and lower body and I’m sure he cut his calories as well.

David Goggins is living proof his words aren’t gonna be sabotaged. Sabotage Goggins and his technique weighs how he did it. He has no loose skin it shows he’s got the results now. People should just follow Goggins.

That sounds great but a lot of people are getting most of that over hanging/loose skin in the abdomen area. It’s so frustrating when I can do a lot of ab workouts even weighted over and over again and my stomach just spills over no matter what. I just ate one 500 calorie chicken protein bowl with salad yesterday and I ran like 8 miles after. I went to the gym today and it just seems like my stomach will never stop overhanging even after losing about 70 lbs I think this goes deeper then that because I’m dieting hard and doing cardio hard and yes I weightlift a few times a week. Most people think I’m jacked I have well developed shoulders and arms it’s just my midsection is horrible

Bro, I get it. But the only question that I have is about the belly skin. Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to fill out the space with muscles. There is no 6-pack able to fill out that area. Other point, people don't want an abb big as the fat belly in orther to get rid of the loose skin with muscles.
