Weighting and measuring gives me complete freedom from the bondage of bad eating habits that I can easily slip back into if I’m not vigilant. Finding your channel was a real gift of my recovery from compulsive eating. Abstinent since 8/5/21. At goal weight after releasing 46 lbs and a whole lot of negative thinking. Lol

You have also inspired me to eat "cleaner"! I thank you for this! I have always been on a no-sugar, no-white-flour diet due to my hypoglycemia. But now I'm trying to eat more "raw" vegetables! Thanks for sharing! Love Ya!

Looks yummy. I watched while chopping up bok choy, mushrooms, bell pepper garlic, ginger root and some 100% grass fed beef polish sausage for my breakfast stir fry that I’ll add a couple of eggs to. 🎉🙃

Hi Ms Lulu, I totally agree with you. I myself have been in the process of sorting out my jewelry. Less is sometimes more. Just a few meaningful pieces is better I feel. It became to much work, chaos and clutter for me. Happy Holidays 🤗🙋🏻‍♀️
