Without warning a plane plummets towards the earth at 20,000 feet per minute, sending the pilots into panic. For the three passengers on board, it’s a rough and terrifying ride. 40 seconds into the dive the plane descends below cloud cover but miraculously the Kazakh crew manage to land the uncontrollable aircraft.
Now the challenge lies with the investigators who must determine how a freshly serviced plane was released with a fatal flaw.
