Hi, I really enjoyed this work out.I got say from the work out my shoulder are getting much stronger.I had a lot of problem first doing it because I had hurt my shoulder at work years ago it was so close to being frozen at the time.I got almost 6 lbs off soon going in my 4 week.

It doesn't seem all that hard with the uncomplicated arm movements and continual side stepping until you do it non- stop for 40 minutes.I have to slow my speed to 2/3 of your speed, but I am 60 years old, had both knees replaced last year and lost 45 pounds in 5 months with 60 more to take off.I graduated from seated cardio to low impact to your more intense low impact.Thank you for helping me lose weight.Your workouts are killer but in a good way. 😀
