Loved this I am feeling so toned these days...I am now down to what I weighed when I was 28 years old and I am 49 but I am still at a healthy weight... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 393 calories and completed 4, 859 steps... I am gonna do a quick booty lifting workout with BGs Tabata timer just to burn it out...
