I work as a cook. He’s wrong it is burnt. If he ate it he would know it is burnt. Non sticks are for eggs only do not sear in non stick pans. Also if it was oiled after it was seasoned it prob wouldn’t have burnt but sprinkling seasoning into a hot pan when searing meat will def do it.
Sorry I hate seeing bad cooking

"Non Stick" maybe for the first 3 months tops 😂 idk about everybody else but most non stick pans I've ever used were no longer non stick way before they're time... On the plus side chicken looks good though!
