🤔 How much really is just ONE Serving size for the common favourite foods??...
Looks can be deceiving! Especially when it comes to packaging. For example:
The chips packet contains 2.2 servings!
The chocolate bar is 2.2 servings!
The popcorn bag 5 servings.
I've even seen it worse, where 1 packaged cookie equals 2-3 servings, but, who stops at half a cookie?!
