Choking refers to an athlete or team fails to perform up to their usual ability, often due to pressure or anxiety. It can happen at any point in a game or competition and can take many different forms, such as missing a crucial shot, turning the ball over, or making uncharacteristic mistakes.

Choking is often seen as a mental rather than a physical issue, as it involves a lack of focus or confidence due to anxiety or fear that can lead to poor performance.

Ive learned that suppressing the gag reflex little by little each day helps immensely with choking. Especially when they’re crazy deep in there.
