- keeping your chin up while fighting.
- holding your breath while your boxing.
- not blocking, circling or moving after punching.
- keeping your hands down while punching.
- using your dominant hand for every punch.
- standing in one punch after throwing a punch.
- using too much power in every punch.
- only going for face shots.
- flinching and keeping eyes closed when being attacked.
- stepping on your own feet.
