Hi Mike have been doing TRE for two weeks now today is the start of my third week so Im going to run with your program :) what I have found after 4 days in the first week the hunger pains just went away that was my big worry that I would give up because I was so Hungary things are just getting better every day thank you for putting up all this great content wish I lived near your gym :)

HI mike finished the 5 week program very Happy feel great have more energy my mind is so much sharper and the best part I have lost 17 pounds :) plans going forward 16/8 then maybe build in some longer fast days thanks for the great videos ps you where right the 24 hour fast was easy only because I followed the program yheir was no way I could have done that 5 weeks ago

Hi Mike, how do we go around with workouts? When do I workout whilst on IF? Before or after the fasting period, maybe in between meals? (for best results regarding weight loss.)

I need clarification if your 24 hr fast is really a 36 hour fast.
Eg Fast From dinner Thursday pm, Fast all of Friday then break on Saturday am . Or is it if i ate dinner at 6pm on Thursday i can eat a light meal after 6pm on Friday .
I have listened to your other videos when you talk about the 24 hour fast and it seems you mean a true ADF zero cal fast for 36 hour. Thanks in advance.

Hi Mike, after the five weeks do you think we should take a diet break and up our calories by adding a third meal for a week then going back to two meals a day and omad a couple days and repeating that ?
