I’ve been doing this for a few weeks (IF and finishing by 12/1 pm every day), and I love it! I sleep so much better. Also, not hungry at all in the afternoon. I cook dinner for my family and sit with them. Then eat leftovers the next day for lunch. So not a big deal.

I prefer skipping breakfast. It is easy for me since I do most of my activities in the morning till about 1 pm. I tend to function better with an empty stomach. Thanks for sharing

My eating window is from 10am to 2pm .

I used to skip dinner, but now with social pressure, I started skipping breakfast and it really fits me. Not really hungry at morning, just my coffe. And have time
to eat with loved ones.

I'm a breakfast eater, and I'm 16 and workout 2 times a week before lunch and 1 time a week, these couple of days i skipped it for intermittent fasting and i just feel a little disy, so by time i can get used to skip it and feel normal and have energy to workout and focus on studying or that means that i can't and it's not good ???

11people? what kind of study is that? and also, they did not compare skipping breakfast to skipping dinner. they compared eating 6h to eating 12h.... a really bad study. it only shows that Intermittened fasting is better than eating all day long.
