Intermittent fasting is a very healthy way to maintain a healthy system by giving the digestive system a rest

Caffeine is not the best start as it is dehydrating. The fruit option is better as it provides fibre, water and other essential nutrients. Nutritional yeast can be used instead of the feta as a swap option as it has less fat.

Nuts are another great option as they fill you up and once again, provide healthy fat and fibre, among many other beneficial nutrients. Another way to combat the need for snacking could be to occupy yourself doing an activity you enjoy so you are occupied and accomplish something.

Oil could be used instead of butter as it lubricates similar to the latter. It's just a matter of taste and getting taste buds getting used to the swap. While the strawberries are consumed for the taste factor, it would be better to eat easily-digestible food like the strawberry first. If eaten after a relatively heavy meal, the food stays in the stomach for hours. When the strawberry enters the stomach, instead of passing through quickly, it stays there and purifies. Lesser nutrients get absorbed from it than if it were consumed on an empty stomach.

I lost quite a bit of weight with hellofresh. It’s really an amazing service and so handy when you’re too busy for anything but some quick Chinese food.

Just a suggestion( I do intermittent fasting as well. ) : why don’t you stop eating at 6 in the evening and then only have the next meal the next day at 11 or 12 in the morning. It would be easy considering you always wake up at 7 am 😁☺️
