I really think that Keystone meats is the best value, especially bought directly from them. Roast Beef, Hamburger, Pork, Chicken, Turkey, and the only extra ingredient is sea salt. You get top notch meat for a fair price.

I don’t know if this counts as meat, but Sweet Sue chicken and dumplings is pretty good. I doctor it up with a little salt and pepper and some mixed vegetables.

I started stocking up on Sam's Club canned chicken since watching one of your previous videos on canned meats. I've been adding it to recipes where I previously would have used fresh chicken. Tastes just as good and time saving. My mom was visiting a few weeks ago and she added it to some soup and as picky as she is she was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. Thank you Les for your informative videos. God bless.

I think the chicken has a tunaish smell. The flavor is fine.

Great comparison have several of beef and chicken both with corned beef hash, which i consider best bang for the buck as far as caloric value

What about those of us who aren't in the us, or Canada and don't have access to these manufacturers?
Perhaps do a video using products more widely available .

The chicken has no food starch, (GMO) and is therefore GLUTEN-FREE, which is why I stocked so much more, and learned to pressure-can to preserve my own beef, for family members who need to go G-F.
