His form hurts. His attacks go to far after the target. Aside that, it is a good technique.

How is it that the sparring guy had a relatively better stance and technique than the "expert".

Ima newbie and tht was just painfull a good teq to practice is just straight down and and back up like a gillion but less movement also u never put ur weapon behind u may think u gain power but ur losing it as ur muscles tense then relax to much stop just before the head and do quick strong swings downwards the more in a row u do the better
