Press and hold the Dock button seems working for me. The led charging on the robot starts blinking instead of stable red as it was previously. Thank you for the tips.

Worked great the first night. Now it comes off the dock and goes right back without cleaning anything. I select it to go clean a specific room and it just comes off the dock spins and goes back

Well I'm also having trouble charging my shark, I'm reading all the comments here now to try to get mine to charge, only worked once!

Shark won't charge on the dock. I cleaned the contacts and reset it but it still won't charge. Not sure what to do now.

I posted a previous comment about my Shark not working…

I get the “duh” of the day…. I simply flipped the switch to the “on” position… and it started charging, and I’m assuming it will work. 😫

For me, the green charging light is in, but the Shark won’t start to clean, when I press the Clean button.

Any advice would help.

after 1.5 years my shark stopped charging I get a red batter symbol but it never charges the battery even though it says it's charging

New battery, charged up but drains when off the docker and turned off. That is not normal.

docking red light is blinking, center white light is solid, clean read light is blinking. I hold down the dock button for at least 10 seconds and nothing happens...what am i doing wrong ?

I just got my Shark this week and it won’t charge past 80….

I kept taking mine off the charger and put it back on, and eventually it started charging again. Weird.
