I did this then my laptop froze and it can not detect my battery. I literally panicked and thought my laptop broke. Then i force restarted my laptop, now my charger is working what?? Thank you i guess!

if this doesnt work for yall: that just simply means your battery is unfortunately broken and that you HAVE TO replace it. just like mine 😔

when i did this the computer shut off and started boot-looping until i disconnected the power and put it back, the drivers were already re-installed after that

also try updating the battery driver. my yoga battery fixed updating it

I did this and the laptop locked and went into sleep mode after clicking the scan. I had to tap the power button and it still gave me the same issue when it booted back up. The battery isn't charging at all. Any tips?

Does this work for Lenovo Yoga 6 or just the Thinkpad?

I did this and it didn’t quite work at first. Then I went into the battery/power options of Lenovo Vantage, and un-ticked the airplane mode setting (the one that adjusts the electric input while charging on a plane; and not the airplane mode under wifi), and then it worked.
