Ok, so i have a samsung and i take a cable that has proven to provide fast charging thru the proprietary charging block provided by samsung. But, when i put the cable on ANY 2.1 amp charger, it only slow charges. I connect a battery doctor device and it shows its only drawing 0.7 amps. The cable is NOT proprietary. Any ideas?

So with mine its weird the brick and cord dont seem to have a problem most of the time, but occasionally when i plug it in it says 6 hours then jumps to 30 hours then i unplug it, blow out the charger port then plug it back in and then it fast charges. Makes me have to worry about how i charge my phone or how i connect the charger.
