You all should come to Trinidad. We've got them like crazy and its so common that we don't even acknowledge it. We just refer to them as "wild pine". You can see them on electricity poles/wires, fences, mango trees...the list goes on. The variety is crazy

Air plants are the only thing I can keep alive! I love them. I love how light they are, just got a very minimalist brass ring holder for them. Very rental friendly :)

I was very curious how they survive without soil so nutrients from air makes a lot of sense. This deserves more views!

This is my first year with my airplants and I’m hoping I get them through the winter okay, I put mine in the fish tank once a week. I get mixed messages some dip in water and shake them some leave them in water for an hour. But can’t find anything on overwintering them. Wish I had a greenhouse

How are there enough nutrients in the air? Houseplants need to be repotted about once a year in fresh (nutrient rich) soil and/or fed plant food nutrients regularly. So confused about this!
