I have been propagating plants for over 50 years. This one is pretty thorough however it’s best to propagate air plants when they’re moist. But if you don’t hang them upside down so that they can dry a little bit then they’re going to rot when you cut off the nodes.

How long do they take to grow pups. One of mine has already bloomed and the flower has already died a dried up but I can't see any signs of a pup growing from the mother plant

You don’t soak them at the base won’t they rot you’re supposed to soak them in water and turn them upside down if the base is sitting in water it’s going to rot

Great video, keep it up! I have my own channel on the subject of handicrafts and Origami and am therefore always on the lookout for new ideas and inspiration.

I've been told the whole plant should be soaked in the water because it's the leaves that draw the water in not the roots. I see you are only getting the root area wet, I'm confused!
