A neat feature I’ve noticed on my 16’ 1500 LT;
if you use the hands free voice control system when the A/C is on, it steps down the blower fan speed to reduce cab noise during phone calls and voice commands/messages.

Wait till he finds out about the owners manual in the glovebox.

As a Chevy salesman I always make sure everyone knows about the settings then vehicle menu. Lots of cool stuff in there and not a lot of dealerships show their customers that stuff. My favorite is the auto lock after is doesn’t sense your key anymore. (LT and higher) it has to have push button and the proximity key. With that on, once you get like 5ft away it will auto lock the truck for you. Good video man!

ive been selling Chevy's for over 3 years and I never knew I could switch the fuse like that. Great video

This young man has the right delivery, GM if it has a clue, should sponsor him to make more videos, because listening to him is a whole lot better than stupid commercials. He could be GM's " vehicle Whisperer ".

learning about that 3 prong fuse for always available 12v power was worth the watch alone.

Good stuff but there's another work-around for the dash cam 12v power. Most of these newer models have 12v's that are always hot on the front board but if you connect the power source to the 12'v's from the center console/behind seat it's only hot when the trucks is on. Just another solution vs. moving the fuse.

There's also a cool feature with the power tailgate...if you have the function that is also power up the button works in the cab by holding it down, and if you just lift up on the tailgate about 1/4 of the way and let go it will close itself without holding any buttons

My sales employee showed me the stability control hidden feature. He refered to it as "the donut button".

If you release and quick press the unlock button again while the windows are rolling down you can stop it at any point you want. I stop my windows half way so my truck isn't completely open.

Called my dealership service department for the 12v outlet question - they didn't know when I asked "Can I change my 12v outlet to turn off with ignition?" THANK YOU Robbie for the easy fix to move the fuse!

I didn’t know about the switched/constant 12V. Thanks! Also, with the windows down feature, I thought I liked it until I was working on a house one day, keys in my pocket, i leaned down and accidentally queued the windows to go down and I didn’t know it till way later. The dust from the construction site was all over my interior. Luckily, nothing got stolen. Cool feature, just not for me.

That was actually informative; Thanks Robbie.

Thumbs up for the "always on" to "switched on" 12V outlet tip!

Just to let you know when you hold the traction control button to shut Stabilitrak off it is never completely off. You can try to get sideways but Stabilitrak will still kick in. The only way to completely bypass Stabilitrak is to pull the fuse

Wasn't like that when I bought my new Ram the guy wouldn't shut up about all the features. I just wanted to go and drive my new truck.

Hey Robbie if you pull on the inside door handle twice in a row the door will unlock. Good little tip when you letting someone out of the vehicle without having to unlock all doors or without having to put the truck in park.

I have bought new Chevys for years now. 2019 was the very first time I had all the fluids filled to the top, windshield washer, DEF tank and most importantly the fuel tank. All previous years I barely had enough fuel to make it to the closest fuel station.

If you push the unlock button a third time after they start going down, they’ll stop at that level so you don’t have to let them go all the way down.
