This has been a godsend for me, years of chronic rotator cuff tendinitis and literally two hanging sessions took it away!! I wasted thousands of dollars on physio that did absolutely nothing and now I have full mobility again. It honestly doesn't even seem real to me. I now hang in 1 minute increments at the gym between heavy military presses and dips just to keep everything nice and healthy for the heavy lifts. I was also sent here by Joe Rogan!

People who are wondering, this may work for you immediately. After about three sets I managed to get in about 2 minutes in total I'm 35 years old with bursitis or at least I'm sure some sort of inflammation in my shoulder after a dirt biking accident 4 months ago. I now have full motion with only minimal pain. Give it a shot!

This works!! Left shoulder hurt where ever I moved my arm. No kidding 5 mins of hanging and unreal my shoulder feels normal again. I will definitely be using this technique. Many thanks. Karl. Uk 🇬🇧

I've self diagnosed impingement. My shoulder has been very painful for about 3 months. As a swimmer I thought that would help, it didn't! I've tried all sorts of exercises with limited success!

Hanging works, and works extremely fast! In the past week I've only done in total about 4 minutes, the difference is amazing! Definitely part of my fitness regime! A few super slow, controlled pull ups also seems beneficial too!

This has been helping me big time. I actually had already been hanging, but just a cpl times a day, maybe. For like 20 seconds. Just did it cuz my shoulders are fucked and figured that would at least stretch them out.

Now that I've been upping the amount of time these past few weeks I definitely feel a whole lot better.

Finally. I've been dealing with issues on both shoulders for the past six or more years. Super frustrating.

Unbelievably helpful. I had my left rotator cuff repaired a few years ago and recently my right one started to go. I bought a used free standing squat rack with top bar to hang from. A couple of toes on the floor hangs and the burning pain began to subside. A further couple of feet off the floor hangs and the pain has almost gone. Superb advice. Thanks very much. 😁

I just tried this for chronic ac joint pain of 1 year, and it was literally instant relief. It went from a dull ache to no pain whatsoever after hanging for just 30 seconds. Thank you for this fantastic advice.

Thanks I’ve been in awful shoulder pain since artificial disk replacement at c6c7. Isnt it funny how this is what we used to do as kids without even knowing it was good for us!

Started doing this yesterday, and it feels amazing. Never really had super bad shoulders, but I do work out a lot so they were always feeling tight, and I used to have pains in the left one. I feel like my shoulders even felt better than alright after the session I just did.

Had shoulder and shoulder blade mobility problems in high school playing baseball. Always sore and tight after every game. Threw around 86-88 mph. In college simple fix and added around a solid 2 mph on my fastball. Hanging from a pull up bar also helps decompress your spine which is great for your back pain.

I've been working out for a long time I am 65 and started doing this hanging a couple of days ago I can only do about 2 minutes right now but my left shoulder feels amazing. A lot of people have told me about this so I found your YouTube video and it was very informative thank you. I am heading off to the gym right now and incorporating this into my exercise routine daily hoping to work up to 5 minutes.

Hanging has been excellent addition to my rehab exercises from shoulder injury in January 2021. Thank you. I ordered and waiting for arrival of the 5th edition of the retired Orthopedic Surgeon that made hanging go viral back in the days before the internet.

I use the parallel handles at the gym and it works great for me. I could only hang for 45 seconds a few weeks ago but now I can do a couple of minutes on them.:)
