Definitely take advantage of Greg's online coaching. I have been working with him privately for a couple of months and I am so impressed with the progress I am making. I have worked with so many PT's over the years and my pain levels have decreased significantly as well as achieving more symmetry in muscle strength around my joints. Something I have been working to remedy going on 30 years! He has exercises that I have never seen before and that are enormously helpful! I highly recommend him! 👍

Great review and samples shown. I will be stating this very soon for I just completed rotor cuff surgery, so will probably be a few months or more.

Other option is to use latpull down machine for hang. Then you can microload

Excellent subject, though I have to admit, while I feel this may have helped my shoulder issues improve slightly, it also seems to have created some clavicle pain that remains. I am not exactly sure how to troubleshoot it, the affects are minimal, but I notice it on a lot of exercises.. would love to see you cover clavicle pain/rehab.

Do you think that the dead hang (not active but stretched) could be contributing to biceps tendinitis (super hot spot under front delt)?

This has been an on and off problem for me but recently preventing all pushing. It started getting much worse roughly concurrent to my starting hanging.

I was wondering if the extended, stretching, version I’d pinching my biceps tendon as it runs through the shoulder.
