How To Do The Move

1. Lie flat on your back with your arms to your sides.

2. Lift your arms off the floor and position them behind your head. Your arms should remain straight.

3. Slightly bend your knees and lift your legs off the floor, crunch forward and try to touch your toes.

4. Lower your legs and bring your arms back behind you.

Not the perfect form, her legs should be straight, toes pointing, and core stronger. It should actually look like a V

in my warm up my coach makes me do 15 v-ups and they dont count unless your legs are straight your toes are pointed your hands must touch the ground when you come up and come down slowly cause coming down fast is lazy to him-
