I gave it a go and tried this recipe. I didn't have drumsticks on hand so I replaced it with boneless, skinless chicken thighs...then wrapped it in beef bacon (I grew up not eating pork)...came out beautifully. Just finished the rice. The coconut milk reminds me of my Caribbean roots. Delish. Thank you so much!😊

Such a lovely family, the children are so well mannered, the husband adores his wife and she’s up and ready and looks beautiful. This is what a family should look like, the father takes care of the money and the wife takes care of the family. She cooks high end restaurant type food every day. I love watching this channel, I’m too old now and I have grandchildren. I wish I would have done something like this when my kids were growing up. I cooked but nothing close to the caliber and presentation she does.
