This Easy Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe is one of our favorite 30-minute meals or rice recipes and it always disappears fast. A family favorite seafood fried rice for your next dinner!!

INGREDIENTS FOR SHRIMP FRIED RICE:
►1 lb (26-30 count) uncooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
►1 tsp cornstarch
►1/4 tsp salt
►1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
►3 Tbsp canola or other cooking oil
►4 eggs, beaten
►1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
►5 cups cooked left-over, cold rice
►1 and 1/2 cups (12 oz) frozen carrots and peas,
►2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp soy sauce
►1 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Love your recipe. I add green chillies, ginger, garlic, fresh coriander leaves, dilli leaves, paprika powder, bell peppers, diced fried potatoes, shrimps, sardines, carb meat, chicken, and beef. Wow way to go delicious and yummy. i make mixed fried rice thrice a week. Just love.

Just made this & am in love, Natasha! I used a cast iron skillet, added 1/2 TBLspoon of olive oil & half-bag of Walmart's frozen seasoning blend & stir-fried it til translucent; next I added a 12 oz bag of small frozen cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined with tails off (they were a pretty good size so I cut each one in half); added the corn starch, salt & black pepper, & abt 1/2 tsp of Old Bay, too. Followed the recipe the rest of the way, made a side of stir-fried cole slaw & 2 veggie egg rolls from Tai Pei. Talk abt being full. Now for dessert 😀

Thanks for sharing. For my left over rice, I fry them just frying with little virgen olive oil and garlic then stir with butter or sometimes I add frozen mix vegetables, carrots and green peas. Now I got this idea from you I can also add left over fried chicken or shrimp, etc. God bless.

While watching your video, I noticed hubby was interested in it, as well. I made it for dinner tonight, and added a little garlic and ginger when I cooked the shrimp. It came out great! I cannot thank you enough for this recipe. The sesame oil really made it taste great!!!
