Does *_ANYONE_* remember at all that the first ten Amendments to the Federal Constitution were demanded to be included by the remaining state legislators who had yet to ratify the Constitution?!??

America needs to call a convention of states to propose new budget amendments to the Constitution as the Federal Congress will *_NEVER_* fix it's own corruption and lack of discipline!?!!
