Tennis Elbow Pain Relief (Skin Mobility Matters!)

Skin mobility is an important factor to consider when it comes to pain relief. This is especially true for tennis elbow, where restricted skin mobility can alter blood flow, compress surface nerves, and cause pain and tension.

With this in mind, intelligently mobilizing the skin can help improve blood circulation, reduce pain and make other rehabilitative exercises more comfortable and more effective.

While there are numerous ways to mobilize the skin and improve circulation, such as massaging the affected area, using a heating pad or warm compress, or stretching the affected area, we generally find that decompression approaches are vital. When done appropriately they can make an immediate difference in movement and pain.

In this video, I'm going to share with you some of our favorite, fast skin mobilization approaches and how you can use them to quickly improve your elbow pain in many cases.
